
FYI: I've now lost 10 lbs and feel so much better than I did when I started this lifestyle plan. Lots of brown rice, beans, fruit, and veggies. Tonight I splurged and had a slice of wheat bread with peanut butter and the neighbor's freshly made boysenberry preserves on it. I'd like to keep on with my program, which will be a struggle since the girls are coming to spend a week with us. They are soda pop, cookie, and potato chip kids. So I'm hoping to stick to my guns. But for now, I celebrate the progress.
