We just received a call from our realtor: We got our house! They counter-offered and we will formally accept it at 3:00 today--very minor issues that won't break us. Our only challenge now is to get the house inspected within five days, which is what their bank requires. (When we accompany them for the inspection, I will take our camera and snap some shots that can be uploaded here for you to see more of it). And they want another $150 earnest money. We are so thrilled that we don't know what to do with ourselves. Of course, we also have buyer's shock.
