Bad news: Most houses on the market around here are short sales, which are neither short, nor do they follow your usual home sale rules. (Avoid them at all costs! is what we're hearing).

Good news: We love our realtor.

Bad news: It will take us hours of traipsing through one house after another to find the right home.
