Ok. Today I heard from our realtor: we're the only one who put an offer on this house. I think that's good. One wonders if the reason this house has been on the market for 64 days now is because people are put off because the kitchen appliances have been removed. Or if people have been making offers on the house only to have the bank (owner) counter-offer with a figure that is unrealistic. So we are continuing to pray that the right thing will happen.
Told you this would be a roller coaster...
